Quality Assurance Specialist
The QA Specialist is responsible for driving digital automation, build upon the current foundation, and help the company grow its QA practice. Lanex is seeking an experienced, technical individual with a passion for the digital and mobile space.
Role & Responsibilities Overview
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Plan, design, schedule, and execute tests on designated systems under test.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests for maintained systems.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement.
- Create training materials and operating manuals
Required Qualification
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent data collection, data-driven analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
- Experience in test automation development is a plus.
